Organizational Memory Is More Than Documents

Tacit knowledge travels through people, practice, and shared context

Capturing requirements is not the same as preserving the reasoning, intuition, and history that shaped them.

AI as a Mental Gym, Not Just a Shortcut

Keep the learning, even when you delegate the work

A Small AI Can Be Enough

Familiar tools, a modest GPU, and a problem worth solving

A look at the GPU language layers and the version boundary in console-gpu

Debunking myths about artificial intelligence

Fluency is a useful interface; it is not a receipt for truth

A long conversation about AI becomes more useful when we separate what a model generates from what a reader can safely conclude.

Flying through a GPU-rendered world in the Windows console

Inside the console-gpu v5 cockpit demo, from procedural terrain to Unicode cells

The terrain in this video is computed on the GPU, yet the final image reaches a classic Windows console as characters and color attributes. WSH JScript coordinates the scene, my RSL compiler produces OpenCL kernels, and a compositor brings the flight view and instruments together. The unusual combination makes every stage worth looking at.

My static blog, from YAML to a living archive

Files at publication time, deliberate interaction at reading time

I write articles as bilingual YAML, build their HTML on my own machine, and publish static files. The browser turns those files into a continuous reading experience: pinned cards, a chronological timeline, rotating excerpts, and an article layout that opens in place. The content is prepared ahead of time; the experience unfolds while you explore it.

A local Worker and D1 on my Pi

A small Cloudflare-compatible development loop built around native workerd and persistent SQLite

My blog only needs a small service to receive comments and private messages. I wanted to exercise that Worker and its D1 binding locally, with the same style of request handling and database calls, while keeping the development environment understandable. A Pi running native workerd gives me that place to experiment.

A design system made of dependencies I can understand

Building a visual language from tokens, declaration sets, components, and small modules

A useful design system should survive being assembled into a different site. I build mine as dependency modules: some describe appearance, others describe markup or interaction, and the application connects them. That separation lets the visual language grow while the parts remain small enough to reason about.

HTML that reads like a language I want to write

LiveScript composition, CSS declarations, and slots that carry shared resources into a running page

I wanted the visual clarity of Pug, Jade, and Stylus while keeping ordinary functions, objects, and composition. LiveScript gives my HTML and CSS helpers that shape. Slots extend the same idea across time: a page declares where resources belong, and a later article can bring the resources it needs.

The iframe does the heavy lifting

My approach to hypermedia, starting with htmz and ending with a persistent reading experience

A browser already knows how to request a document and turn it into HTML nodes. I use that ability to load articles through a hidden iframe, bring their dependencies along, and change the visible page without discarding its surroundings. The interesting part is how little coordination this actually requires.
